Color - Cognac is golden in color with light amber highlights. Aroma - The elegant, harmonious aroma of cognac reveals hints of dried apricots, apple and bitter chocolate. Pallet - Cognac shows a rounded taste with a velvety texture, notes of apple jam and a pleasant sweetness in the aftertaste. Serving - it is recommended to serve the brandy at a temperature of 18 degrees, in a digestive glass (tulip-shaped glass, on a short stem with a narrow neck) for fortified wines and spirits.
